For this Hurrell re-creation I dressed my very accommodating model in an evening gown and put her hair up in ringlets. I used one carefully placed mini hot light on a boom stand to light this picture. D300 with 18-200 variable AP lens.
I am a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and currently a student of photography at Randolph Community College. I am majoring in Bio-communications and hope to gain employment in the medical or forensic fields of photography.
I like your lighting on this shot, plus the models not to shabby :P
ReplyDeleteNice styling of your model, and nice work with the hot light! The shadow of her eyelashes across her cheek is a nice touch.
